With 24 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry, Alice brings a wealth of expertise to Athèa. Beginning her career in an avant-garde salon before training with TONI&GUY, she went on to become a Senior Art Director across their London salons in Covent Garden and Mayfair. Her career has also included session styling, working backstage, on editorial shoots and within the fashion industry.

Specialising in bespoke blonding, seamless blends, balayage, rich copper tones, cutting and styling, Alice loves creating luxurious, individual hair that feels effortlessly beautiful and uniquely yours.

At Athèa, Alice is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience where every client feels relaxed, listened to and genuinely cared for. As salon owner, she also loves mentoring her team and fostering an environment where creativity, education and exceptional client care thrive.

Outside the salon, Alice enjoys travel, music, art, wellness, iced coffees and long walks along the beach with her daughter, Tigerlily. 🐚🌞

Salon Style Director

With over 29 years’ experience, Natalia brings an exceptional wealth of knowledge, creativity and passion to Athèa. Having spent more than 20 years as Head of Education & Training and part of the management team at a prestigious London salon, she has worked with high-profile clients across photoshoots, fashion shows, weddings and special events, as well as training within leading London academies and salons.

Passionate about creating beautiful, bespoke hair while protecting its health and integrity, Natalia specialises in highlights, colour transformations and complete restyles. She takes the time to truly understand each client, creating looks that feel individual and effortlessly beautiful.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist approach, Natalia loves helping clients feel confident, refreshed and their absolute best.

Originally from North London and now living in West Sussex, Natalia is a proud mum of two grown-up daughters and has a special love for the Algarve, thanks to her Portuguese heritage.

Technical Director 

Former Technical Director at Toni & Guy Brighton, now offering bespoke colour appointments in our beautiful salon in Hove.

My love for hairdressing started at just 14 and after beginning my career with TONI&GUY at 16, I’ve been passionate about creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair ever since.

I specialise in luxury colour, including seamless blondes, balayage, precision foils, micro highlights, root shadows and beautifully blended lived-in colour. Every appointment is tailored to you, creating a look that complements your style while keeping your hair healthy and beautiful.

I love helping clients feel their absolute best and pride myself on creating a relaxed, welcoming salon experience from start to finish.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me walking my dog in the South Downs or cheering on Brighton & Hove Albion!

Senior Stylist & Nail Technician

With eight years’ experience in the industry, Charlie is a passionate Senior Stylist specialising in bespoke blondes, seamless blends and luxury brunettes. She combines technical expertise with an exceptional eye for detail, creating hair that feels effortlessly beautiful, healthy and wearable.

Charlie is known for her calm, organised and professional approach, creating a relaxed experience where every client feels listened to and genuinely cared for. Her precision ensures every colour, cut and finish is thoughtfully tailored to each individual.

Alongside her hairdressing expertise, Charlie is also our highly sought-after in-house Nail Technician, specialising in BIAB, intricate nail art and clean, polished finishes.

At Athèa, Charlie brings warmth, creativity and positivity to the salon every day, with a genuine passion for making every client feel their best.

Outside of work, you’ll find Charlie enjoying reformer Pilates, catching up with friends or taking time to unwind and recharge.

Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner & Independent Prescriber

With over 16 years’ experience in NHS nursing, Sara brings a wealth of clinical expertise to Athèa, alongside an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (Distinction) and a Level 7 Diploma in Injectables & Cosmetic Dermatology from Harley Academy.

As an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner and Independent Prescriber, Sara is passionate about enhancing natural beauty through subtle, considered treatments. She is loved by clients for her calm, caring approach and commitment to personalised care.

With over 20 years’ experience in the hair and beauty industry, Lee brings a wealth of experience in salon management, operations and, most importantly, exceptional client care.

Having managed salons across London, Lee has always believed that the heart of the industry is people. He has a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable, listened to and genuinely cared for, with exceptional understanding the little details that make an experience feel personal.

At Athèa, Lee is passionate about creating a calm, welcoming and beautifully considered environment, ensuring every client journey feels seamless. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave feeling confident and cared for.

Outside the salon, Lee enjoys spending time with his much-loved fox red Labrador, Rio, cooking and baking for friends and family, and keeping active with the gym and reformer Pilates.
