Timely arrivals help us provide the full service experience. If you're running late, we'll try our best to accommodate you, but excessive lateness may require rescheduling.

Please be aware that certain prices depend on length and are available upon consultation. New clients can consult with a stylist for booking guidance.

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This courtesy benefits both our stylists and fellow clients. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice may result in a 50% service cancellation fee.

To prioritize your safety, our policy mandates that all new colour clients and those who haven't visited the salon in over 6 months undergo a skin patch test before their appointment. These tests can be conducted at the salon or sent to you via post, ensuring they are completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
